Andorra’s EU Association Agreement Creates New Compliance-Planning Requirements

On 19 October, the EU, Andorra and San Marino signed an association agreement designed to establish a framework for participation in the European single market under common rules. The agreement is not yet fully in force in Andorra and remains subject to the required approval procedures; no separate legal-advisory contract price was disclosed.
